TEACHING WITH CONTRIVED EXPERIENCES
I learned that contrived experiences are substitutes of real things when it is not feasible to bring the real thing to the class. Teacher must not make his/her discussion close to real by presenting or using contrived  experiences.

DIRECT , PURPOSEFUL  EXPERIENCE AND BEYOND

I learned that direct, purposeful experiences and beyond must not be the period or the end.This is not a firsthand experience but a vicarious experience.Vicarious because we're not learning by doing but we learn with the tasks  of somebody.Direct experiences serve as our foundation of concept formation,generalization and abstraction.

Using and evaluating instructional material
  • Using instructional material is another way of presenting a lesson in a classroom.The use of instructional material can be best suited if you have more preparations and being wise in using those instructional material.

  • I learned that the cone of experience is a visual model,a pictorial device that presents the bands of experience arrange according to the degree of abstraction and not degree of difficulty.These serves as a guide to the teachers in conducting a lesson.If you will follow this cone rest assured that your discussion will be perfect and the students will fully understand what you are discussing.

SYSTEMATIC APPROACH




I learned that the focus of systematic instructional planning is the student.Systematic approach is a teaching method or technique that the teacher will use in conducting a lesson and its not just a matter of teacher formulating his or her lesson objective and then directly teaching the student,it will also include those instructional materials for the better learnings.

In lesson 3 i learned that the role of educational technology in learning is that this serves as a learning tools that learners learn with.For example,the teacher study to  learn the technology  and teaches to the student in order for the student to learn also.
